Goodwill Return Policy

At Society Moda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 10-day goodwill return policy, which means you have 10 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If you decide to return your item, please note that the delivery costs of the return shall be borne by you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and its original packaging. Please make sure to include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if the labels or hand tags have been removed, damaged, or lost. Additionally, returns will not be accepted after 10 days from the receipt date of the products. Society Moda reserves the right to exercise final and absolute discretion as to whether the Goodwill Return Policy applies.

If you would like to initiate a return, please contact us at cr@society.moda. You will need to send your return to the following address: 2/F., Cheuk Nang Centre, 9 Hillwood Road, Tsimshatsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR.

Once we receive your return, we will perform a standard product inspection to ensure that the item is in satisfactory condition and that you have fully complied with the Terms and Conditions. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return.

Exclusions from Our Goodwill Return Policy

Please note that certain items are excluded from our Goodwill Return Policy. We will not be able to process your returns and refund requests for the following:

 

  1. Products that do not meet the criteria for our "Goodwill Return Policy," such as items that have been purchased longer than 10 days, items that do not have proof of purchase, items that are not in resalable condition, or items with missing labels or hand tags.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
  3. Products that have been improperly used, including without limitation, items that have come into contact with extremely damp objects, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergent, solvent, or cooking oil, or have been overheated.
  4. Products with loose threads or cracking due to external scratches by hard objects or internal wear and tear.
  5. Damaged products caused by usage.
  6. Damaged products due to improper wash.
  7. Products with color fading due to display.
  8. Products with an unclean appearance.
  9. Products with a seal where the seal is broken.
  10. Any other cases that Society Moda deems reasonable and fair after considering all the factors in which Society Moda discretion is final and absolute.

Refund Instructions

If your return is approved, we will process your refund in the same payment method used for the purchase within 10-15 business days. In case of a dispute, Society Moda's decision shall be final and binding.
