For orders below USD 150.00, we charge a fixed delivery cost of USD 20.00 per order. However, for orders above USD 150.00, we offer free shipping to our valued customers.

Rest assured that we prioritize prompt processing and dispatching of all orders within 48 hours after verifying payment. Deliveries are made during working hours from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Hong Kong Public Holidays. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that any delay caused by circumstances beyond our control is not our responsibility.

In the rare event that you do not receive your package within 20 days of placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our utmost to help locate your package and ensure you receive it as soon as possible. In the event that your package is being held by local customs authorities, it is your responsibility to contact the local customs office to arrange customs clearance. If the package is returned to us, we will refund the remaining credit to the original credit card used for the purchase.
